The program runs from June 28th to August 28th in Finca Maipu, located 40 kilometers southeast of the city of Mendoza. Participants are guided through vineyards by an expert, who explains the particular importance of this vital task in the vineyards.

Pruning is done during the dormancy of the vines, which can control their future performance.

“Vení a podar” is open to the public on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Included in the program is a visit to the winery, wine tasting of the wines Santa Julia Reserva and Varietales Santa Julia, and “Almuerzo Regional” (Regional Lunch)  or Tarde de Té (Afternoon Tea) in the  Restaurant of Casa del Visitante.

Since 2001, Familia Zuccardi has been offering to the world its secrets of winemaking, and is open every day of the year except December 25th and January 1st.
