The industrial output increased 14.3 percent in May compared to the same month last year, according to a report provided by the Argentine Industrial Union (UIA). Meanwhile, the industrial output increased 0.2 percent from April in non-seasonal terms, the report added.
Nevertheless, the imports grew 72 percent during May, which shows the pressure over the industrial costs, the UIA stated.
