The city of Mendoza has announced the sale of three properties within it’s boundaries. Two are situated in the “Sexta Sección” (Sixth Section), and the third one in the “Segunda Sección” (Second Section).
The city indicated that the two in the Sexta Sección are in privileged locations and would be suitable as residential real estate development projects.
The first one is located on Aristóbulo del Valle 591 and has a lot size of 1000 square meters with a base price of $600,000 pesos.
The second one is situated on Ezequiel Tabanera street and has a lot size of 1986.5 square meters with a base price of $700,000 pesos.
The third property, in the “Seguna Sección”, is situated on Pasaje Kelesek 786 with a lot size of 151 square meters with a base price of $50,000 pesos.
The bidding process for the first two properties will start on July 27th and the third property on July 23rd , in the “Direccion de Compras y Suminsitros” (Department of Purchases and Supplies” located on the sixth floor of the Municipal Building.
